Wedding Package

Please contact us to customize your own wedding package to get a price quote. Please see the Hourly Rate page for Wedding and Event hourly pricing.

Each wedding booked with Harley Rose Photography includes an optional free pre-wedding session up to 1 hour.

A minimum, non-refundable $60 deposit required at time of pre-wedding session. This will be deducted from the total price of wedding day photos. 
Examples of ways to customize your package: 
  • Pre-wedding photo session
    • Getting ready pictures, "first look" pictures, etc.
  • Pictures of the venue/location/decorations
  • Pictures of the wedding ceremony
  • Post ceremony pictures
    • Newlywed couple pictures, wedding party (maid of honor, best man, bridesmaids, groomsmen, flower girl, ring bearer, etc.), family, friends
  • Reception pictures
    • Cutting cake, first dance, photo booth (scroll down for more information), etc. 
  • Prints 

Directory Photos

For Churches, Businesses, Organizations, and more
Prices listed for locations within Grayson County and Galax, VA & Alleghany County, NCAdd $10 for Ashe, Wilkes, and Surry Counties, NC & Smyth, Wythe, and Carroll Counties, VAAdditional costs for areas outside these locations.

Poses can be individual pictures, group pictures, family pictures, pictures of the establishment,  and more.

Pictures Only  

$75 per hour (up to 50 poses, add $1 per each additional pose)

With lights and backdrop:  $100 per hour (up to 50 poses, add $1 per each additional pose)

Pictures plus Collection and Organization of Contact Information

$125 per hour (up to 50 poses, add $1 per each additional pose)

With lights and backdrop: $150 per hour (up to 50 poses, add $1 per each additional pose)

Pictures, Collection and Organization of Contact Information, & Addition of Supplemental Information

Supplemental Information may include the history, location, website, social media, description, community programs, and other information that may be supplemental to a directory. This may include having meeting(s) (via phone call, text, email, video call, or in person) to ensure all information is included.Prices listed with + will be determined based on how in depth the additional supplemental information is. 

$130+ per hour (up to 50 poses, add $1 per each additional pose)

With lights and backdrop: $155+ per hour (up to 50 poses, add $1 per each additional pose)


Aside from the Pictures Only option, Directories will be created using Google Docs and will be sent to the main email address or other contact information provided by the person scheduling the Directory Photos. This person will also be sent a Google Photos folder with all pictures taken and Harley Rose Photography's printing and sharing rights documents. Harley Rose Photography does not print directories. 

Special Event/Group Pricing

"Photo Booth" 

$75 per hour $100 per hour for lights and backdrop(s) set up for "Photo Booth" pictures (must be indoors and have access to electricity near location of set up)For School Dances, Parties, Wedding Receptions, Events, etc.Please contact us for more information.Includes a 4x6 print of each person, couple, or group who have their picture taken in the photo booth. Each picture will be uploaded to a Google Photos folder. The person arranging the photo booth setup will receive all the prints and a link to the Google Photos folder. Prints Package 1 available for $15 each. $1 per each additionally requested 4x6 print(minimum charge of $75)

Sports Pictures

Includes 1 - 4x6 team/group picture for each team member & 1 - 4x6 of each individual portrait (Each individual may pose up to 5 times and choose from the 5 poses for their individual portrait.)Each 4x6 picture and any additionally ordered prints will be given to the individual person booking the Sports Pictures Session (Coach(es), Parent(s), Team member(s), etc) for distribution among the team/group members. All images from the session will be added to a Google Photos folder and be emailed to each person on the team (or Parents/Guardians) who provides an accurate email address to Harley Rose Photography at the time of the session. Each person will be given a week (more time available upon request), from receiving the Google Photos folder link, to choose the pose they would like for their included 4x6 print. Prints Package 1 available for $15 each 
Individual Portraits and Group Pictures $50 per hourOutdoors or Indoors(minimum charge of $50)
