Our response to COVID-19

We have received the COVID-19 Vaccine, but we will continue to follow the following guidelines:

• Our photographers are not required to wear a mask during outdoor photo sessions, but will upon request. We do not require anyone who is being photographed to wear a mask during photo sessions.

• Google Photos, Facebook, Email, and electronic payments, especially, will be utilized during these times. If you have any other questions please feel free to contact us!  We are sorry for any inconveniences, but photographs will not be available for viewing until they have been sent to you electronically through a Google Photos folder. After they are sent to you, if you would like, you may choose which of them you would like prints of and we will get them to you as soon as we can.  

• Harley Rose Photography is not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or property damages that may occur from any photo sessions, events, or where Harley Rose Photography's services are being used.

We are thankful for your patience and understanding!

Google Photos Folders with edited images are included with each photo session, wedding photography, and event photography.

• We require a minimum, non-refundable deposit of $5 for certain sessions. Before confirming your session, we will inform you if your session requires a deposit or not. 

• We ask that you do not claim the photographs, that we capture, as your own. You may post them on social medias as long as you tag us and/or mention us in the description. Client must include a photo credit with the name of the photographer on all photos shared and distributed. If you fail to do this, we may deny you our services in the future. 

• If we feel uncomfortable during a photoshoot, we reserve our right to leave. If you or anyone in your group makes any Harley Rose Photography associates feel uncomfortable, we will end the photo session and you will be charged at least 30% of the price for the session. Please do not ask us to do anything we may feel uncomfortable doing.

• Client will not use the Photos for any of the following purposes:

  • •  No Unlawful Use. Client will not use the photos in any unlawful manner, such as pornography or defamation.  

    •  No Products for Resale. Client will not use the photos in any goods or products where the photos are the primary value. (Printing out images for calendars, frames, posters, or other items for the sole purpose of selling.) An exception may include compensating Harley Rose Photography with at least 30% of profits earned through selling images captured by Harley Rose Photography. This exception may be discussed between the client and Harley Rose Photography. 

• We reserve the right to use images created during any sessions for advertising, display, publication or other purposes. Original, edits, digital files and previews remain the exclusive property of Harley Rose Photography. If we photograph you and post the pictures on our website or social medias, we will post the ones we feel are best. If you are not happy with our choices, feel free to contact us regarding the situation. We will take down any pictures as necessary. In the event of any privacy requirements, such as foster care situations, please let us know. We will refrain from posting any images onto our website and social medias. 

• If inclement weather or other adverse conditions prevent the creation of a portrait meeting the artistic standards of Harley Rose Photography, we may suggest to use an alternate location or to reschedule the session. 

• No part of any order, including previews, will be delivered until the balance is paid in full. 

• In the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or media malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer, Harley Rose Photography will not be held accountable. We are willing to correct any mistakes resulting from any electronic malfunctions or "photobombing" incidents. You may be compensated by a Harley Rose Photography eGift card up to 50% of the value of your session or by an equivalent session to retake the photos. 

• The charges for all sessions are based on our standard price list. This price list is adjusted periodically and future orders shall be charged at the prices in effect at the time when the order is placed.  

• In the event of no shows, you may be charged a no-show fee of $10+ depending on the location of session and length of time scheduled.

• Photo Booth: When Harley Rose Photography is providing photo booth services for use by our client’s guests at a wedding reception or during other events. The total payment by the client to Harley Rose Photography for the photo booth is listed under the price list. Harley Rose Photography shall not be responsible for any malfunction or loss of use of the Photo Booth occasioned by the acts of the Client; Client’s guests; or any force including, but not limited to, natural disasters or failure of electrical service.

• Harley Rose Photography is not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or property damages that may occur from any photo sessions, events, or where Harley Rose Photography's services are being used.

• If you are unsatisfied with your pictures due to any of the following reasons:  glasses glare, blinking, not edited satisfactorily, blur, or other physical or technical problems, PLEASE contact us as soon as possible. Do not stay unsatisfied. We will help to make it right.
