Scheduling Harley Rose Photography for an Event...
From Weddings to Birthdays, we are here for you. With an event, you probably already have the location, place, and time decided. Just discuss it with us to see if we are available. There are a few things that we may need to know before the event occurs...
If there are any people who dislike each other for any reason (divorce, breakup, family issues, etc.) please tell us beforehand. We have been in too many awkward situations while trying to balance out pictures. Please just tell us, so we can avoid these awkward situations.
How many poses should we plan for? (Just a range of how many people) If it is a wedding, do you want individual pictures with the bride and groom then family and friends?
Are we allowed to show up early to capture images of prepping for the event, and to find the best way to navigate discretely around the location?
Will there be anyone at your event who you really don't want any pictures of?
Does Harley Rose Photography have exclusive rights to photograph the event? Will there be any additional photographers? Will the event be considered "unplugged" (where you have the guests refrain from taking pictures during the event)?
