About Mini Photo Sessions
Mini Photo Sessions occur mostly around holidays or certain seasons. Here are a few tips for your next mini photo session:
The preparation for a mini photo session is very similar to a normal photo session, so please review the Prepping for your Photo Session link. One main difference is you do not have to decide on a location.
We choose certain dates (usually a weekend), we set up time slots for everyone, and we choose the location. All you need to do is select the time that best suits your schedule.
When attending Autumn or Winter mini photo sessions, please be aware that there may be fog and frost in early morning. These make for some majestic photos, but some people may not enjoy that.
We may have a basket with props, feel free to use any of them. Please do not damage or lose our props.
Mini photo sessions are shorter than a regular photo session. If you want more poses, you may want to schedule a longer photo session for that day. Mini photo sessions are typically booked in 30 minute or 1 hour slots.
We ask that you do not show up more than 10 minutes early or late for your scheduled appointment time. This is to ensure each client can receive the full time of their session.
Dogs and other tame animals are welcome to attend any outdoor mini photo sessions. Please clean up their messes out of courtesy for others. Please keep your animal on a leash as necessary.
If you have scheduled a mini photo session time and you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible. If you are late, you will be unable to add more time to your session, unless the session after yours is open. In this case, you will be asked to pay for both session times.
Mini photo sessions are priced at less than our hourly rate. They typically range from $15 to $45 per session.
