Pictures, Collection and Organization of Contact Information, & Addition of Supplemental Information

Supplemental Information may include the history, location, website, social media, description, community programs, and other information that may be supplemental to a directory. This may include having meeting(s) (via phone call, text, email, video call, or in person) to ensure all information is included.Prices listed with + will be determined based on how in depth the additional supplemental information is.

Starting at +$3 per person/family (depending on amount of additional information)

Aside from the Pictures Only option, Directories will be created using Google Docs and will be sent to the main email address or other contact information provided by the person scheduling the Directory Photos. This person will also be sent a Google Photos folder with all pictures taken and Harley Rose Photography's printing and sharing rights documents. Harley Rose Photography does not print directories.

"Photo Booth"

Prices listed for locations within Grayson County and Galax, VA & Alleghany County, NC
Starting at $160 per hour Starting at $180 per hour for lights and backdrop(s) set up for "Photo Booth" pictures (must be indoors and have access to electricity near location of set up)For School Dances, Parties, Wedding Receptions, Events, etc.Please contact us for more information.Includes a 4x6 print of each Pose (person, couple, or group who have their picture taken in the photo booth). Each picture will be uploaded to a Google Photos folder. The person who contacted Harley Rose Photography for the photo booth setup will receive all the prints and a link to the Google Photos folder. $1 per each additionally requested 4x6 print

Sports or Small Group Pictures

Digital Gallery & Prints:

The following two options include: 1 - 4x6 team/group picture for each team member & 1 - 4x6 of each individual portrait

Upgrade to 5x7 Prints for $10 additional per person

Each 4x6 picture and any additionally ordered prints will be given to the individual person booking the Sports Pictures Session (Coach(es), Parent(s), Team member(s), etc) for distribution among the team/group members. All images from the session will be added to a Google Photos folder and be emailed to each person on the team (or Parents/Guardians) who provides an accurate email address to Harley Rose Photography at the time of the session. Prints Package 1 available for $15 each

Individual Portraits and Group Pictures: Starting at $8 per person - up to 10 people

(+ $5 per additional person)Outdoors or Indoors

Individual Portraits with Indoor Photography Backdrops and/or Lights Set Up: Starting at $10 per person - up to 10 people

(+ $5 per additional person)Must have access to electricity and be indoors

Minimum price of $30 per setting for any of the above Sports or Small Group Pictures sessions.
