Travel Fees
Travel fees are waived for locations within Grayson County, VA; Alleghany County, NC; and Galax, VA.
Travel fees are based on milage. Milage is based on the distance to the session location (including distance between locations, greater than 5 miles, for sessions of multiple locations) from Sparta, NC. Travel fees for sessions are $0.50 per mile (one-way). For locations further than 25 miles, milage is rounded down to the nearest 5th mile. Distances over 50 miles adds an additional $10 to the total travel fee per additional 50 miles.
If a session is divided into multiple locations, travel fees may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
For certain locations requiring more than 2.5 hours of travel or circumstances requiring a nightly stay, an additional fee of $125 or more per night/travel time will be added to account for potential accomodations.
